I’ve been meaning to have a go at making a ‘popcorn’ topping. This is a sponge cake topped with mini marshmallows that have been made to look like popcorn. This looks good on a cupcake too using stripy cases, but I just love these little buckets and I have a baking mould that is exactly the same size, so I can transfer the cake into these. I actually ordered these little buckets by mistake, they are only 5 cm high (I wanted larger ones), but now I’m glad, as I think they are really cute and give you the same amount of cake as a cupcake would.
